Single Use License Agreement

This Single-Use License Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into on [Date of Agreement], by and between [Licensee Name] (the "Licensee"), and [Brian Yegge] (the "Licensor").

The Licensor is the owner of certain rights to the musical composition (the "Music") entitled [Name of Music].

The Licensee desires to obtain from the Licensor a license for a single use of the Music for the purpose of [Insert Purpose].

In consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained in this Agreement, the parties agree as follows:

1. Grant of License
The Licensor grants to the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-assignable license to use the Music for a single use on [Date of Use]. The Licensee shall have no right to use the Music for any other purpose, and the Licensee shall not assign or transfer this license to another party.

2. Payment
The Licensee agrees to pay the Licensor a fee of [Insert Fee] for the license granted under this Agreement. The payment shall be made in full prior to the Licensee's use of the Music.

3. Credit and Attribution
The Licensee shall credit the Music as follows: "Music by [Angershade]". In addition, the Licensor shall have the right to use the Licensee's name and logo on the Licensor's website and in other marketing materials.

4. Representations and Warranties
The Licensor represents and warrants that it is the owner of the Music and has the right to grant the license for a single use. The Licensee represents and warrants that it will use the Music only for the purpose stated in this Agreement and will not infringe upon the copyright or other rights of the Licensor.

5. Termination
This Agreement shall terminate automatically upon the completion of the single use of the Music by the Licensee.

6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert State or Country].
